CASE Study - Nina Brackett - Shimmer Couture Flower

This card was made for the CASE Study Challenge Blog - Nina Brackett is the December muse and her card for this week has a fabulous white flower.  My flower is made from A Muse Shimmer Couture paper and the Tim Holtz Tattered Florals Sizzix die.  I constructed the flower similar to this one but made sure to put the shimmer sides up for the soft gleam it provides.  The flower center is Spare Parts from The Paper Studio.
I reused the FTL120 sketch from Clean & Simple stamping but all the frou-frou, patterned paper, bling, antique crocheted lace and ribbon keeps this card from being even remotely Clean & Simple.
A teeny tiny sentiment sticker (The Girls' Paperie) is nestles among all the sparkles and textures layered onto this card.
It is snowing outside!!  The grass is almost covered now (if we'd mowed one last time the grass would be covered).  I doubt that school will be canceled but hope springs eternal for the boys!
