Geometric Abstract

A silly little abstract painted in my art journal that for some unknown reason makes me ridiculously happy. 
Maybe it is the colors . . .
or the way the shapes overlap - Not sure what it is but I like it!

    Oh I second that. Definitely love the cheerful colors and the simplicity is relaxing to look at. Calming but cheerful!

    I too love the colours and shapes! ALso love the white space around it all. I completely understand the ridiculously happy thing too, and love when it happens after I have made something. (that kind of happy makes me what to hug things!)

    I know what you mean :) I think it's the way the shapes feel as if they are rising up like bubbles into the air. It has a cheerful feel.

    I can see what you mean about the abstract making you happy. The colours and the linking shapes seem to dance, some seem to start to float away to the top left, and I like the placement of the main feature in the lower right. So simple, but such a lovely composition.
