But I think I touched it.

I used masking tape in my journal while painting these flowers and was so excited to see if it worked that I removed the tape too soon!  Then I spent the next several layers having to be careful not to go outside my crisp edges.  
NOTE TO SELF:  Leave the tape until finished with the page!

  2. I love it. I don't see a problem at all, I have never used masking tape this way, I would have to give it a try. and by the way if you are talking about the edges, it looks awesome, the litte imperfections give it character, I wouldn't change anything at all :)

    Using the tape for a straight edge is a good way to handle it.

  8. oh, this is beautiful Michelle, and i have SO done the same thing! I remember removing the tape far too soon too - and then blurring my perfectly crisp edges! You did a great job at keeping them crisp. And as always, your colours are so beautiful. Happy new year Michelle! xx
