For those of you that spend time working out at the gym this gal has some timely advice for you - my particular favorite is the on the left about the water fountain. . .
She is layered on some of my pretty junk papers and glued down in my ledger art journal.

This is so impressive! I love how transparent the paper is behind your lovely womyn. And...where do people get the ledger books? It is so wonderful that your art is able to go into it like this.
