West Elm Inspired Art Journal page

The January Challenge for Artists in Blogland is SOUL.  I thought about the things that give me joy and top among them are beautiful flowers.
A West Elm bedspread offered my first inspiration coupled with this great quote from Eleanora Duse -
"If the sight of blue skies fills you with joy, if a blade of grass springing up in the field has power to move you, if the simple things in nature have a message you understand, Rejoice, for your soul is alive."

love the vibrant flowers! If you owned that bedspread, it'd be fun to hang this piece above your bed!
