Basket head. . .

the best plan was to walk a mile every day carrying a basket upon your head

Not sure about the basket part but I'm pretty confident that walking a mile every day would be a good plan!  This girl started as a coffee stain made in an art journal with my morning "cup of joe".  Does that mean that I put my paint brush into my actual mug of coffee?  Why yes it does.
The only downside to that was there was less coffee to drink - sometimes that one swig can make a big difference.  Am I right?
Check out all the fun with 29 Faces!

Oh you are absolutely right about that sip of coffee!! Love how this lady transpired...I think I hear the cold sip of coffee sitting beside me now...I may have to fight my brush...

I love how she started out! And i think it must be a right of passage for artists to dip their brushes into their coffee although I'm not sure how many have ended up creating such a beautiful artwork!

Lovely lady, dipping your brush into the coffee means that you have to get another one, lol.

Your "coffee" painting reminded me of a group I heard about called the Whiskey Painters. Yes, they use whiskey instead of water (and I imagine drink as they paint). Of course, they probably don't paint first thing in the morning. But who knows?

Stunning colors...exactly the colors of my bedroom.....I hope she ends up on your Etsy site! With or without her basket!

Love her origins and her found poetry. I'm sure that plan does wonders for one's posture.

What a beautiful portrait. I am trying to walk more these days, maybe I should try it with a basket on my head and see what reactions I get! Happy PPF
